Previous experience: Jonathan has over 30 years’ experience across finance, technology, and energy. He holds a BSc in Physics from Imperial College London and began his career at Bankers Trust before joining Goldman Sachs’ Fixed Income division. He is a co-founder and former COO of Ocado plc, where he played a central role in building and scaling the business into a global leader in online grocery and automation technology through to its IPO. He now focuses on building and investing in technology-led platforms. At Anoto, he is driving the evolution of the company into INQ—integrating digital pen and paper with AI to create a new category of intelligent, real-time workflow capture across multiple large-scale industry verticals.

Previous experience: Steve has been with Anoto since 2018, bringing extensive experience in hardware design and manufacturing. He has developed various innovative products, including a satellite radio, image processing chip, DNA search device, PDA, and multimedia signal processors. Steve holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Seoul National University and has served as the CEO of Anoto Korea Corp. since 2018.

Previous experience: Hans has over 30 years of experience in global financial and capital markets. Formerly CFO and interim CEO of Anoto Group AB, Hans founded HKA Capital Advisors and has held senior positions at Tempest Capital AG, Sailfish Capital Partners, and Credit Suisse First Boston. His extensive background in corporate finance, M&A, structured finance, and private equity, combined with his strong risk management and trading skills, makes him a key asset in executing the company’s business plan.

Previous experience: Pedro has over 15 years of experience in software engineering. He has held leadership roles at Allio Finance, ShootProof, and Collage.com. Pedro holds a PhD in Computing from Imperial College London and specializes in driving innovation and delivering technology solutions that meet customer needs. His expertise in software development, team management, and technical leadership ensures that Anoto’s technological advancements align with the company’s strategic goals.

Previous experience: She previously served as COO for KAIT, a subsidiary of Anoto. During her tenure at KAIT, Julia was responsible for identifying and implementing cost savings as well as improving systems and processes. Julia holds a PhD in Financial Economics from Imperial College London, an MSc in Finance from Imperial College London, and a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Previous experience: Peter brings extensive experience from international companies, including Best Buy Canada, Loblaws, Lululemon, and Rogers Communications. A key member in launching Lululemon’s first stores in the United States, Peter has a deep understanding of online e-commerce and digital marketing. He has successfully launched new brands and products on Amazon and Shopify, secured government contracts, and closed multi-million dollar deals with large enterprises globally. Peter has been with Anoto since 2018 and studied at Simon Fraser University and Harvard Business School.

Previous experience: James is an award-winning marketer with over 30 years’ experience in advertising and marketing communications. He worked at Apple Inc. for 9 years in the US and Europe latterly as Director of Marketing Communications, Europe during which time he was involved in 27 product launches. He held previous roles at Entain, Sony Europe and Saatchi & Saatchi. James brings with him a culture of creative excellence in execution and a laser focus on fulfilling our customers’ needs.

Previous experience: Aaron is a generalist with over 15 years startup experience across product management, software engineering, UX, analytics, growth, and ecommerce. Aaron was a product leader at Collage.com, helping grow the company by more than 100x over 8 years and achieving a $100mm exit. Aaron brings a pragmatic, customer-obsessed mindset and deep experience building and leading talented teams. He holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard College and a Ph.D. from Syracuse University.
